Our secure FTP site allows clients to drop batch files containing text messages to be delivered to end-customers. Delivery times/dates can be immediate or set for some point in the future. The nature of the text message is fully customizable.

In the case of payment remittance, clients can log into their merchant account and export the data or Kaizen can exchange batch files with the client indicating payment completion.
